Pretty straightforward. I met with two of the managers from the department. They asked me some questions about my experience and expectations. They also gave me the opportunity to ask my own questions.

Entrevista
First there is a phone screen that takes approximately fifteen minutes. Then there is a 3 hour long in-person interview where you meet multiple people from across the company that have openings within their department. You are introduced to HR, some department mangers, group leaders, and possibly some other staff depending on the openings. There is a large portion that is spent 1:1 and you alternate through different interviewers.

Entrevista
I had a scheduled interview that was confirmed by the Talent Engagement Team. One the day that I was scheduled to have a call, the recruiter reached out to me that something had come up and she needed to reschedule so we agreed on and confirmed a new time to speak. I did not hear from anybody at the confirmed time. I reached out a few minutes into the scheduled time to ask if the meeting was still at a good time, but never heard anything back.
3 rounds, HR->technical->on site visit. HR phone screen was about 30 mins with basic BQ and introduction to the role. Technical round was 1 hour with team members and the manager.
