Not a great experience. First had a phone interview with a recruiter to basically set up the in person interview. Contacted my references through email. Arrived 2 weeks later at the in person interview which was in a group setting. 4 other candidates were with me. Took a tour of the facility, a written test, read through information packets all before the actual interviews. Finally, the interviews commenced with 8 different group leaders from their respective departments. Basically rotated through all 8 interviewers at 15-20 minutes each some of which were rude and dismissive. In the end, the entire process took about 3 hours, which was way too intensive for the financial compensation. Seemed like a big waste of time. I can see having the interviews for all the departments but don't give people tours until AFTER you hire them. Oh, and if you are going to waste peoples time at least give them a personal call if you are not hiring them. Would be a little more professional.

Pretty straightforward. I met with two of the managers from the department. They asked me some questions about my experience and expectations. They also gave me the opportunity to ask my own questions.
