Currently hiring teenagers for this post in order to have the critical eye of the young. Interview was pretty straightforward, they were mostly concerned about skill and availability. A good too watch for is opinion of the job, if you are happy/enthusiastic about what you will be doing. They also value feedback a lot and will be greatly impressed if you mention it or explain why you think it's so important for the job and for teamwork in general. Overall experience was pretty good.
