Eurobase were seeking a graduate to fill the role but the application process was lazily not adapted from their interview process aimed towards mid level software engineers. It was almost as if they wanted a candidate with the skills of a mid - senior engineer without offering the corresponding salary. This was reflected in them offering little training upon starting the role. The process was very lacking in comparison to other companies I have applied with therefore other reviews of the company telling people to avoid and warning of poor leadership are not surprising.
