Not organized with missed or late appointment times, unclear directions of how to meet online. Every email sent to me had a grammar mistake in it. I met one time in their chatroom and was passed on to the next round. Set up a time to meet again and the interviewer did not show and said they misunderstood our meeting time even though it was established in an email. Tried to reschedule and this time I could not get into the chatroom. 7 minutes after the meeting time I was told a different method of meeting. The tech lead was great for our conversation and I would've loved to learn from him but the lack of organization by the HR team was unacceptable.
