Opening was for 120 Agents 900 agents applied and 479 were shortlisted The shortlisted were called on different 8 days by dividing them to 80 in numbers The first round was written test , they assessed every staff in the same way even if your work area is different you had the same set of questions meaning you will end up answering their questions wrongly, also there are rumors that questions were leaked by the Moroccan managers to their fellow Moroccan staffs in-order they will pass the test After the Written Test there was Group discussion Then the Role Play Then the final one to one interview with the same HR and Performance Manager And you waste one full day there for nothing
