Interview consisted talking to the head of the department. Interview was brief, yet concise. We talked about my previous internship experience, as well as what I wanted to learn moving forward with Ethos. I did not find the interview process stressful, as the questions were fair and I was given plenty of time to answer.

Phone interview with standard questions. Talked about resume and work experience etc. Was told a lot about the company. The whole process was fast. Heard back very quickly. The interviewer was very friendly.
