Entrevista
Initial phone screening followed by psychometric testing followed by first and second interview. Initial phone interview and first interview were great and conducted by team leader and second in charge. Second interview was with team leader and the CEO which i thought was weird as the position would not be reporting into the CEO and there were at least 8 people between the customer service role and the CEO. Questions were relatively run of the mill.
