Entrevista
Process starts with the recruitment agency Hudson with different kind of aptitude test, from management, situational behavior to numerical and verbal reasoning. All tests took place in just half day under considerable time pressure.
Afterwards you have interviews with managers N+1 and N+2. Not really interviews but just get to know each other.

Entrevista
I had an interview process with the company, including both HR screening and a discussion with the hiring manager, which went well.
However, despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive any feedback or communication afterwards. The position was eventually closed without any update or even an automated response.
This kind of experience raises questions about the company’s communication standards and respect for candidates’ time.
This kind of experience makes it difficult to justify investing time in future applications with the company.

3 interviews : The entire process lasted about two to four weeks. I met with a Recruiter then hiring manager. I met with executives for a meeting but only after I got hired, so It was a formality more than an interview
