Interview was a complete waste of time. Interviewer does not tell much about the position and asks completely irrelevant questions. Whenever you ask a question, it will be avoided and you are not asked about previous experience. All you are told is that the company has "the greatest" training program. Seemed to lack knowledge of the Recruiting Industry as a whole as well as lacking professionalism, could not pay me enough to work for him. If you want to be micromanaged, this is the company for you. Possibly the worst interviewer I have ever interviewed with....asked if I knew how to use Outlook, who doesn't these days.

The whole process was lengthy. I was first called, then there was a phone interview set up. Then I met the CEO for lunch, when we planned for a formal interview. After the formal interview, there was a group interview. And even after given the approval of everyone, I was given a start date that changed, TWICE. I found it odd then that they were vary wary to answer simple questions, such as, "What software and tools are the recruiters given?"
