They have following rounds in hiring process for the mentioned profile:
1. Aptitude/General Interview
2. HR Interview
3. Semi-Technical Interview
4. Technical Interview
5. Client Interview
6. Final Skype Interview
(All Telephonic)
The only thing you need to care is "Communication" & "Listening Skills".
I unluckily worked for only two months with this great company. But it was an awesome experience & today I miss it and feel regret for my huge mistake of life.
