It was a campus placements for graduating in 2020 batch 1st round was a group discussion done with a batch of 10 students I got the topic of Live in relationship (all other batches got general topics like Love marriage vs arrange marriage, smart work vs hard work, plastic ban and economy) Judges are just looking for your communication skills, leadership, confidence and listing skills I was selected from it ( 4 students from each batch got selected) Next round was HR round HR asked the questions like 1) Introduce yourself 2) Why do want to fall in this field 3) sell me ( Pen, Ac, chair, folder/file, office) on phonecall 4) What does estatemint do? 5) Have you gone through job description 6) what skills do you have?
