I was informed through my email to set up a 15 min phone interview. I was also asked to prepare a written response on what appealed to me about this opportunity and how my background prepared me for this position.

What appealed to you about this opportunity and how has your background prepared you to be successful in it?
phone interview first then in person interview . the interview process is fast and simple. typical questions asked during the interview. the manager gives a walk around the lab after.

Entrevista
Had a phone call interview with a recruiter afterwhich I was called in for in-person interview with the team. I was taken around the production floor through different departments where I was shown how production basically works. Then I was interviewed based off of what was shown and taught.

What really caught your interest in the various departments?
Very fast paced. Interviewed with two members of management staff. I would just recommend that the individual does a little research on the company before accepting the job offer. The company culture here is very welcoming. I would recommend to anyone looking to begin a new career in the optical industry with good benefits and good pay.
