The interview process is two-step. The first interview is very short. If they like you, you get to go through the second interview process. However, the interview process is VERY unprofessional. I had to wait an entire hour! My interview was scheduled at 10:00 and I was not interviewed until 11. The interview questions were unprofessional, asking me how old I was. Furthermore, asking questions about my personal belongings including my shoes and my car. The owner of the company is VERY pushy if he wants to hire you.
