Entrevista
The interview process was fairly easy. First there was a phone interview that was supposed to last 30 minutes but really lasted 10-15 minutes. I was called the next day to set up the second interview. The second interview was video conference with the managers. That was said to last roughly 50 minutes but only lasted about 20. The managers were friendly. I was called the following day with an offer.
Standard customer service questions were asked.

Was there every a time you had to deal with a difficult client and how did you handle the issue?
Pretty easy assesment and a face to face virtual interview with hiring manager. You will be asked to complete a drug screen as well as a background screen all equipment will be mailed to you.

you come in greet the interviewer have a breif conversation and answer a round of questions. most questions are easy you just have to remember the idea that the customer comes first
