There was a lot of back and forth due to miscommunications with the HR and their teams First of all HR is a joke especially the people dealing with the PPC roles. At some point when speaking to them I mentioned that I have some questions and the guys response was "haven't you read the job description do you want me to send it to you ". I replied that I still need some clarifications and basically the responses the guy gave me were completely wrong as I understood in the process a few steps later when speaking to the teams. It is ok not knowing it is not ok to misinform. Take the time learn and send an informed reply. I aslo did not appreciate the attitude again from the HR people. You are interviewing people with full time jobs you can't expect them to be on the phone all the time. Haven't you discovered emails? They lied about calling me repeatedly and complained on emails and I only had a missed call because I was at a meeting. I feel that they are reluctant to put things in writing because they know they aren't doing their jobs right. Interview process is call with HR, and a few meetings with the team along with a case study I still haven't heard from them as they haven't bother to send feedback but I would not accept an offer as unfortunately if HR is how the company works then I don't think it is worth it.
