It was very thorough but fair. They seemed to have high expectations but were not unreasonable. They mostly asked about my background and previous work experience, then moved into a few questions to gauge my understanding of the industry.

The interview process was relaxed and enjoyable. I applied after a campus recruiter visited our school to talk about Esri, and within a couple of weeks, I received an email for an interview. The actual interview was great; the hiring managers were friendly, kept the conversation casual and stress-free, and even had some funny banter. I received an offer within three business days of my interview!
