Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Esri
Entrevista
Very, very long, drawn out, a lot of unnecessary interviews where you are asked the same questions over and over. I interviewed for almost a month and went through 12 (yes, 12) interviews with various people in HR, several recruiters, management, the CEO, and eventually the owner. It was mentally exhausting, and even though all interviews were done via Zoom, it was still time away from my job. 4 days after my final interview, I was notified that they decided to go in another direction. I was so blindsided and angry that I wasted a month of my time and TWELVE INTERVIEWS. Seems like a pretty good company once you get your foot in the door, but based on my experience, I would never consider interviewing with them again.

First is just an initial 30 min video meeting with a Recruiter, and the second is a 1 hour video meeting with the Manager. The Manager has a HR background, but not recruiting.
The interview started off asking if I had any questions, and then went into about 40 minutes of some relevant and some strange situational and behavioral questions.
They mentioned there were 4-5 steps total, including a session that is several hours with Directors and with the COO.
Compared to other companies, this is a pretty rigorous interview process (especially for the level of role), and the questions I was asked were very subjective in how it could be evaluated.
