Spoke with a recruiter who carefully listened to my interests and sufficiently answered my questions. He put me in contact with someone on the team he and I agreed would be the best fit for me and I spoke with a person on the team to get a sense of their work. Overall, it wasn't as intimidating as other interview processes, it was more of a conversation since they want to get to know you as a person and what drives you to do the work you find interesting, to ultimately decide whether you would be a good fit in the company, and equally as important, to determine if you would think the company would be a good fit for you.
