2 interviews with Hunan Resources by phone. Each interview lasted 2 hours. 2 interviews in redlands also 1 hour each. First interview was a screening interview trying to figure out where I'd be a good fit. Second interview was determining business acumen & sales interest. Final interview was 1 part technical vetting 1 part standard interview. Strengths, weaknesses, examples of overcoming work challenge, describe how geography impacts a manufacturers business.

It took very long to hear something back in between each phase. There were multiple interviews. Email questionnaire, then phone interview, then video interview. Finally, in person interview with managers.

Three interviews. Recruiter had horrible communication. Went to an office for 5 hours just to find out I didn’t get the jobs after days of waiting. They even gave me a full office tour….
Easy and multiple steps with hiring manager and team you are interested in joining. Just be yourself and talk about your experiences and how GIS is the best thing ever.
