Pregunta 1
The Vice President ALWAYS asks what you've been doing since high school no matter how long ago you graduated.
Initial phone interview followed by callback for second panel interview with different members if team. They discussed the role, asked questions about past experience, tell a scenario that related to this role, and how I conduct day to day work.

Entrevista
I had 11 interviews from beginning to end. It's a very long process. It's quite difficult to get in and because of this, positions remain vacant for years. In turn, people are in the positions for a long time and they tend not to deal with issues because it will taken longer to rehire in to that position.
