After a phone screening we agreed on a time for a HR interview. A week and a half went by. Their Talent Acquistion Lead sent me the meeting invite less than an hour before the interview time. They then showed up late to the interview. They strugled to think of questions and the interview just turned into a friendly chat. Took another 2 weeks to get the rejection.
