Easy and straight forward. No trick questions. Generally the classic questions that were asked for a contract position. I was hired as a processor and given the option to extend my contract or get a permanent position.
Initial phone interview, then single on-site interview. Not an intensive process, but this was a low position. Tour of facilities and general questions. No in depth questions because Coags is a specialized field.
