The interview consists of a written and verbal technical round which is followed by an HR round. The written round tests the basic knowledge of the candidate in Printing and Packaging concepts. The verbal round is an assessment of intermediate to advanced proficiency of the candidate which also includes test of key soft skills required to deal with B2B clientele.
