I recently went for a face-to-face interview at Esferasoft, and honestly, it was the worst interview experience of my life.
The director's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept interrupting me in the middle of my sentences and even picked up another call during the interview. At no point did I feel respected as a candidate — instead, I was made to feel like I was inferior or just wasting their time.
What was even more shocking is that all the employees there seemed to speak with fear, as if they were constantly under pressure or afraid to express themselves.
To the management: Just because you're running a company doesn't mean you're above others. Mutual respect is the minimum that every candidate deserves. Please work on improving your attitude and interview process.
