Contacted by their recruiter knowing my background and what pay I was expecting. Had a small phone interview with recruiter. She booked me for the interview with the hiring manager and then the night before told me not to come. They didn't want to interview because me pervious salary was higher than what they wanted to pay. Complete waste on my time! This company only wants cheap help not qualified help!

I went through three rounds of interviews - one with the corporate recruiter, one with the hiring managers, and one with the Director of Merchandising. I was completely ghosted by the recruiter after multiple follow up emails. After a job candidate spends so much time investing in the company - doing research and preparing for interviews, it is extremely unprofessional to be ghosted and ignored.
