This was a 16 month internship. Spoke to a member of the RBS team, I could tell that he was picky and was only interested in past experiences and knowledge in Testing Software. He didn't ask anything about RBS technology. Just your experiences and testing. I feel as if this position was for someone specific. The phone interview lasted only 20 minutes.
