I applied online from India, got call after 15 days from Stockholm Sweden Interview scheduled by senior recruiter , One round of technical interview 1 hour duration with lead and technical manger, it was very much interactive session. they are very polite . I really appreciate they way of communication. After I got offer letter , It all started with unprofessional HR She is not ready to explain any thing over phone just described my my net salary , I tried to ask few question about what all the benefit I get if I join ? do i get any stock (profit sharing stock) ? Answer from her was Why should we give you stock ? I asked the net take home salary she is not ready to give right figure . Then started salary negotiation on email. I requested some change in thee initial offer, but no change in there decision ,I rejected the offer because it is average salary .
