The first interview was phone interview, ~1.5-2h with a person from a recruitment company, the questions were as usual, e.g., biggest challenges, etc. The second interview was about technical skills, also by phone. After that followed a short personal interview in the company. The advice would be to prepare for the standard interview questions, to show your confidence, and to be honest.
