The first few rounds are standard, screening interview then behavioral with the hiring manager. Technical round was two interviews, one with a panel of two engineers and another with one more senior engineer. Hiring manager said that they didn't require embedded systems experience since it was an entry level role, then the technical round was two hours of majority hardware and embedded systems questions, with one singular traditional coding problem mixed in. Second of the technical interviews felt more like a university lecture, with the interviewer asking questions advanced enough that he remarked after my answering that it wasn't really fair to even ask me them. It was also mentioned at the end that the interviewer was intentionally trying to reach topics he could be confident I knew nothing about, which was laughed about after explaining. The process with the hiring manager and recruiter was fine, but the technical round was misrepresented in earlier interviews and the interviewing engineers in the technical round were somewhat rude. I don't know if there was just a miscommunication of the level of engineer they were looking for, but multiple questions hit on topics I had never even heard of in university. Would not recommend applying unless you already have embedded experience.

During the interview, I was initially asked to introduce myself and discuss my resume. However, after this initial interaction, there was no further response or engagement from the interviewer. This lack of communication made me feel like the time invested in this interview was not utilized effectively.
