Recruitment process is worst here. A candidate will never come to know what is status of his application. I had four telephonic round of interview at interval of one week. Three of them was technical and one managerial. And at the end I was called for 1:1 interview which took almost ~3 hours in local office and consists of one technical interview, one technical managerial interview and one HR interview. Finally after all these I got offer letter 2 months later.

Overall - worse! Interview @gwal pahari 1. First the HR calls and asks to come to interview prepared primarily with Domain Knowledge (as I was earlier in Amdocs) 2. Then when I reach the office, I wait for 30 minutes and the interviewer himself comes to receive me (the HR doesn't turn up) 3. Three people each for Linux / Java-selenium / Manager turn up to scare you as if you are going to a manager position. That's not a problem until the manager who is not satisfied with the mismatch in what he needs (some strange DB testing and monitoring requirement) and what the candidate knows, starts to behave strangely rude. 4. Moreover, the interview has no relation with domain knowledge. Its either Linux or Automation. The interview didn't go too well. The questions difficulty was moderate but it just wasn't my day. At last when I and the interviewers all knew I was rejected but they pass some time, insult the candidate by passing sarcastic remarks and funny smiles. 5. I am sent back to ground floor and asked to wait. To my shock, After 30 mins the HR still doesn't turn up, calls and asks me to leave, doesn't give any feedback, no discussion nothing. Just hangs up right away.
