A headhunter agent called me to apply for a position similar to the one I'm having in Ericsson. I presented a phone interview and then we have a 1 to 1 interview. After that they called a couple of times to follow up the process, but then I was informed I was not selected.

1st round with with recruiter, 2nd round with two hiring managers- i thought the interview went very well but then I was ghosted. I wish I at least got a rejection email, so I could ask for feedback.

The interview process took three months and five interviews (three with HR, and two more with the supervisor and team) at the very end of the process, the job offer moved to another Country and I didn't get an offer
