3 stages: CEO, COO, & other. Informal & chatty style. Probing questions that made me self-analyze more than previously, but nothing geared to deliberately trip me up. A few industry questions I couldn't answer (not from tech), so left feeling I'd failed, but got the job!

6 rounds, 2 of which were in-person, and 4 virtual. Met a range of different teams to assess best fit. Smooth and transparent process overall, they were decisive and moved forward quickly once the process was over.

Entrevista
Casual yet professional. Spoke with a variety of levels and roles within the organisation from the CEO down through the Partner, Principal and Senior Associate levels. The conversations were a good blend between personal and professional, while also spending an appropriate amount of time describing the company and culture.
