Very bad at communication; only through emails which take days (sometimes weeks) to hear back. I changed my schedule, offered alternatives and did the tasks which they were impressed of only to get ghosted after over a month of process

2 rounds of interview + a task too long it should be paid
There were 3 interview rounds, first being a task, next a zoom call and an in-person interview. I enjoyed the process, the in-person interview felt very welcoming and inviting. The office ambience also seems great and lively.
