AXA Advisors will pretty much hire anybody as long as you are not a wierdo and completely blow it. It's easy to get hired but hard to make it in the business so they will give most people the opportunity. You need to display some level of social skills in the interview. Ask thoughtful questions about how to find your clients and build your book of business (i.e. what clients should i target, what is your sales cycle, what are the most popular products being sold, how do I find clients besides cold calling).

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.

2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed
