Was not impressed with interview process. Person conducting the interview often gave off a sarcastic, rude attitude. Had 4 interviews with the same person, up until the last where another employee hopped on for a minute to share his story.

First there was a screening phone call. Next there was a 30 minute interview. The last one was a 45 minute interview. They ask a little bit about yourself and mostly then just tell you about the company and the job.

Give a presentation about something you're passionate about and then tell me why you would be a good financial advisor.
Quick and to the point. Pretty much just sold the company to you. Seemed almost a little too good to be true at times. Only have had 1 interview so far waiting for the second.
Interview is to see who you are as a person, no technical questions, not too long and was generally to the point. The interview process as a whole is well organized too.
