Here was my experience. The phone screen was Quick and to the point. a few days later, I met with the hiring manager and interviewed. Was called and received a conditional offer. Negotiated starting salary. Was hired after my background cleared. 2-week process in total.

First, they requested a phone interview via email, the manager for this location called me and we went on a 15-20 min interview where they shared very little about the role and ask a lot of questions.
