They put you through a very rigorous interview process. One on one, round table, practical. They were all very professional and courteous with great questions. The only problem is that they are typically for bait and switch positions. In order to get anywhere you must start at the VERY bottom despite your experience.

The interview process for this is multi-phased which is to be expected. However, Equinox likes to promote from within so if you are not currently working for Equinox you might as well not waste your time.

Entrevista
Went through telephone interviews first, then in person interviews. There are multiple, as to be expected from a company with a multi tiered system of management. Overall it is very positive as long as you have the experience and the knowledge to back it up.

Entrevista
Phone interview and then had an in club interview. The phone interview took about 10 minutes and the in club interview was about an hour long. It was a laid back feel and my interviewer was very nice and easy to talk with.
