Process took 2 weeks...everyone was very friendly. First had a phone interview for about 15 minutes, then a 1st round interview, then my last and final interview. I got a call with an offer about 1 day later. Accepted offer
- screening interview with recruiter
- interview with VP of sales
- interview with the GM of the club
All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
