The first round was a face to face interview with Senior Sales Engineer and Manager of Sales Support. Following this, I was invited to do a presentation to the same two people and the Sales Manager. This went well and afterwwards I had a call with the Director of Sales and then a video conference with the APAC head of Sales Engineering. Finally I had a call with the Managing Director as well. After all these rounds, Equinix never got back to me about the result of the interview. Truly an example of poor communications ethics and disrespect for the time and effort put forward by me to prepare and attend their interviews.
