Typical interview process: Talk to HR, then interview with the hiring manager. Came in to interview with the leadership team, team members, and hiring manager in person. There were a few calls as well with senior folks who I would be working with. Overall, it took about 60 days from the initial job submission to starting.

1 round of interview with the HR department. 3 rounds of 3 minutes with VP level. All on video conference calls. Was repetative and asked the same basic questions for each round.
Easy but it was nothing but easy and waste of time because there were easy questions asked during the interview so it was easy so easy easy easy easy easy

3 rounds, recruiter, hiring manager and team member, most of the questions centered around my background and skills. The team gave me an opportunity to asks questions and get to know them better and learn more to determine if the role was a good fit
