I was contacted by HR for a standard screening phone call. I was invited to come in and interview a few weeks later, I was asked to download a free trial of a software I would be using in the job and create a presentation using it. During the in-person interview I sat with a panel of 4 senior team members to show my work and the presentation I had created. We then talked through role-specific items and areas that I thought the company could grow, using those skills. The interview was very conversational. I heard back about a month later since the HR person left on maternity leave that I was being offered the job. Once I accepted, it took 4 weeks to get me started on since I had to start with an onboarding group for orientation purposes.
