The overall timeline from initial contact by recruiter to final interview stage took about 30+ days. The interview process was consistent with similar roles at other companies. I had a total of 4 interviews broken out over 2 days. Each of the interviews were a bit different, but all were very personal and I got a real sense of the company culture.

After applying and not hearing anything either way for OVER two months, I finally get a late evening last minute request for an interview for the following day or days after. I respond as soon as I see it hoping to land an interview for the following day. I am completely ignored. I send a follow-up the next day to confirm receipt of my first message, ignored again. Days go by, I realized I've been ghosted, just total disregard or competency.
Even if other applicants replied faster and no time slots were left, professional courtesy suggest a prompt response.
Then after a whole two weeks later, I get rejection letter.
I am in shock by the lack of professionalism, consideration and respect for candidates.
It amazes me that these are the people working and that somehow it's the Hunger Games to them. This is a true case of "it's them, not you" because these people are clueless and need to retire.

The recruiter was extremely rude during the phone screen and refused to give details about the job claiming that “it was all in the job description.” I can only imagine the poor culture of this company if that is they’re hiring practice. I’m interviewing you as much as you’re interviewing me! It’s a two way process.

The entire interview process took about 4 weeks and in all honesty it was a little unbearable. The communication wasn’t clear on the role, the coordinator set up the onsite interview on the wrong day (I still went with it), but I was impressed with the interview panel. I could tell their HR was strategically focused and knew their business clients they supported. However, they didn’t collaborate very well and they’re getting a new CHRO which explained all the massive change on top of their breach incident.
I would recommend they focus on the candidate experience and improving their HR department to focus on their employees for a change.
