Hearings were conducted by phone only with the director and two managers, who are all non-lawyers. It lasted about 15 minutes. It was pretty informal. The spent time describing the position and asking about how you'd handle certain situations. The interview was quite easier than I expected and ended pretty quickly. I don't feel they were honest about the hours you work. You'll work all time zones, 5:30 am until late evenings.
