First off I received a phone call from HR/Recruiter then a week later a phone call with manager of department. Then I got invited to an in person interview with Manager and Sr. Manager. After that the recruiter let me know they had made an offer to another candidate but that they had another opening that they wanted me to interview for. Went in for an 1 on 1 with the Director of Online Marketing. Did not hear a word for 2.5 weeks then got an email from the first manager to refresh his memory on my skills.
