I got a phone screen and a semi technical interview. They did not make me code or anything but they asked technical questions on various programming concepts such as abstraction, encapsulation, etc. They also asked me about SQL as well

I met with a recruiter at a career fair and from that was told to apply to a position online. After that I was invited to a 30 minute phone call, where I simply talked about myself and answered the typical 'Explain a time when you..." questions. After that I was invited to a final round interview which was 2 hours long, and involved four, 30 minute interviews. I talked to the following a Development Manager Development Director, Senior Engineer, and Software Engineer II. The first interview we talked about my resume and I was asked to design a schema for database and website and how to display the contents, then how to scale that. The second interview was simply talking about myself and some simple database questions like what are constraints. The third was actually mainly a coding interview (even though I was told no coding by the recruiter). This was very simple, just some array accessing and a binary search. And the last one was another coding / technical interview where I had to answer a question about processing strings in java. Then asked how to speed up an API with mainly static data. Overall the people were great and the process was very realistic and it seemed like everyone was there to help me succeed.
