Interview process was very slow, i had initial HR screening after a month followed by a lengthy techincal take home assignment which took 2 whole weeks of my time to complete. Cannot expect HR to reach out for the next step, you need to send multiple follow ups. Two interviews one with operation manager and one with technical panel. I got till the operation manager interview- a quick call, non technical and got rejection after that, bcz they had someone else already in thier mind(said by the HR) Unless you are reffered by someone or know someone in the organisation, I would say donot go through the pain of applying and doing the technical assessment, while you dont get to talk to the tech panel even though your assignment work was great.
