Started with a friendly and straightforward chat with a recruiter, good first impression. Then came a take-home assessment which wasn’t too hard but took some time, and I only had 3 days to do it while working full-time, which wasn’t ideal. Got a rejection after that with no actual feedback, which was a bit disappointing after putting in the effort.
