I got a call from the HR and had back to back rounds within a week which was so serious that I thought I'm definitely landing in a job. But after the final round , even after waiting and following up upto 2 weeks , they did not even have the courtesy to inform if I was rejected. This is a very bad practice which they think is Ok I guess.
