Company's HR found my CV online.
First call was relatively short but we defined the budget right at the beginning, they took the average of my range and stuck with it till the very end.
First onsite interview with 2 development managers 1-on-1, not many technical questions or 'test' questions.
Second onsite interview with 2 guys from the core development. Again, questions were mainly about experience, technologies used and design patterns.
Got offer with the amount specified in the first call. Not much to negotiate except vacations and start date. And it was more like an arrangement.
Very professional, friendly process and people.

What you do if you cannot get something from upper management you need?
Interviewer called 15 minutes late, with no warning or reasonable explanation. Their compensation for a Senior Software Engineer is $90,000-$93,000 CAD. This can't even be called "a joke." I was making more than this in the same role 15 years ago. Don't waste your time.

Well organized and efficient interview process. Met with Human resources for light conversation the met with the hiring manager. Was asked questions that were relevant to job experience. Overall was very impressed with level of professionalism

The panal who took interview was little more arrogant.
He is little clue less about what he is trying to do.
Maybe than the candidate, panel should be prepared for interview.
